Many times I tried well known gyms, however, would find myself injured or lost in the crowd.
Wild Wellness was the first gym that not only provided the perfect combination of definition training and wellness, but the classes are intimate which encourages form based training to limit injuries and build stamina.
This vibe is phenomenal and the music is awesome! I now attend up to 6 classes per week as I am so motived by how I am feeling.
I love the benefits this gym has created for not only my body but my head space.
My mind feels focused, clear and disciplined which promotes a healthy life style and work balance for me.

I lost my exercise routine during the lockdowns and then struggled to get motivated again.
Since coming to Linda's classes, I went from 2 to 5 classes per week, and I noticed a huge improvement in my mental health.
The small classes allow for social distancing, and most importantly for me, Linda is able to help you with your technique and breathing, ensuring you're getting the most out of the work out without any risk of injury.
Linda takes a holistic approach and encourages consistency, little improvements every day, and to have fun!
The studio is beautiful, you certainly don't feel like you're in a gym, and her music selection is awesome.
I cannot recommend this studio enough! Thanks Linda and the team, you've really helped me get back on track with my health and wellbeing.

A really fantastic mix of classes with a realistic timetable making it easy to fit in a hectic life.
With the small class sizes Linda pays a great deal of attention to everyone, she helps with technique & most of all is very motivating!
The massage area is very convenient.
Neal is amazing, he real is the knot specialist.

I went through scans and x rays and considered surgery as nothing was working the constant pain was effecting my life.
By chance met Neal and he has changed my life, his passion to understand the body the technique that he implements are so effective that I cannot begin to express the joy and relief Wild Wellness has brought to my life.

The classes with Linda are varied, and organised, I always leave with a flushed red face!
Pilates Thursday morning is one of my favourites during the week.
The studio itself is a great space to train - with the boxing studio, and a peaceful and serene studio to enjoy Yoga and Pilates.
With the additional bonus also of having Remedial Sports Massage and Myotherapy located on the premises!
What else do you need?! Love this place! 5 stars!
There are a good variety of classes including boxing, core, yoga and pilates.
The classes are small groups.
The atmosphere is great, and you feel motivated from the very first class!

The guy constantly blows me away with his understanding, awareness and insight on the human body.
He is able to identify and resolve what underpins the injury every time.
He has not only addressed an issue/injury, but also identifies and resolves the 3 or 4 issues underneath that cause the painful one.
Additionally, his attitude to constantly grow his knowledge of the human body is reassuring and admirable.
His advice is sound and I take it with me into my every day life (eg. rehab exercises, monitor my posture, things to do before working out, etc.) I cannot recommend Neal enough.
I've recommended him to other active people who also rave about his capabilities and approach. Great job Neal!

I have been training for over 30yrs and this has to be on the top of my list.
Functional training at its best.
Classes are fun and energetic, before you know it you’ve just finished an amazing class.
Wild Wellness is warm and inviting with friendly staff.
The massages are amazing, I always walk out feeling like I’m floating on clouds.

Linda is so kind and She is so dedicated to providing a beautiful space for women to be able to come and feel comfortable working out.
I look forward to training because I know I will not feel intimidated or overwhelmed like a regular gym.
Training is kept small and intimate which helps you get the most out of the class and the exercises.
Wild Wellness has helped me not just gain strength physically but mentally as training also includes, lots of focus on breathing and keeping your mind strong and determined.
I found this amazing studio about 5 months ago and my only regret is not finding it earlier.
I have never felt better than I do now and it is all thanks to Wild Wellness and Linda for there unique approach to women’s training.

Linda takes the time to ensure we are doing all the exercises correctly and adjusts where necessary.
Great vibe with a mixture of boxing, core and strength work.
The remedial massage is fabulous and Neil is so knowledgeable at helping his clients.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a more boutique gym that wants to focus on building strength and ability.

I barely last a couple of weeks before I quit and lose motivation.
Wild Wellness has been the first gym that I’ve been excited to go to each day, and I have enough motivation to get up at 5am for the HIIT class.
This is HUGE for me. The trainers are amazing.
I generally feel so disconnected to my body, but the trainers put so much effort into ensuring you’re doing the exercises correctly, so that you get the most out of it. It also astounds me how they remember every single persons injury, and how best to cater the workout to their needs.
I didn’t even know I had a bad back until I started up at Wild Wellness.
I love this gym, and would absolutely recommend WWS to anyone!
