about the studio
Our small group fitness classes are designed for women (and men) of all fitness levels!
Including Boxing, Kickboxing, TRX, HIIT, Yoga + Pilates
Our instructors can modify exercises when/if required.
All classes are small groups of 6-8 people.
(No boxing experience required for Boxing and Kickboxing classes)
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring water and large sweat towel to each class.
Boxing gloves and hand wraps will be REQUIRED for all Boxing and Kickboxing classes.
Gloves and wraps can be purchased at the studio.
Yoga mat is REQUIRED for all Yoga and Pilates classes.
All classes require bookings.
Please book at least two hours prior class time to secure your spot.
We have limited class sizes, so please ensure you choose times and dates that you are able to commit to.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the class start time.
Please provide at least 12 hours for cancellations.
If you are on a waitlist, an auto email will be sent to you if/when you make it into the class.
