There is absolutely nothing not to love about this amazing studio. Linda is so kind and she is so dedicated to providing a beautiful space for women to be able to come and feel comfortable working out. Classes are a great workout
Fantastic studio and classes. Linda takes the time to ensure we are doing all the exercises correctly and adjusts where necessary. Great vibe with a mixture of boxing, core and strength work. The remedial massage is fabulous and Neal is so knowledgeable at helping his clients.
