High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.
(Tabata is based on maximum effort during short intervals)

TRX HIIT 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements, plyometrics, core stability, flexibility and balance, utilising the TRX Suspension Trainer straps.

WILD STRONG (AMRAP) 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.
(AMRAP = As many reps as possible)

ABT STRONG 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on core and lower body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.
(ABT = Abs/Bums/Thighs)

RESIST STRONG 45 MIN
Low Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body resistance training and activation, utilising body-weight and mini resistance bands.

JAPANESE REMEDIAL YOGA 45 MIN (NEW CLASS!)
Japanese Remedial Yoga Therapy works with the body’s natural energy systems. It acts as a therapy to rebalance the body by strengthening weaknesses and relieving overstressed and overworked muscles and joints.
