Get your teens moving with our Boxing Fitness and Functional Fitness program.
Our program focuses on Boxing, Functional Fitness and Yoga, wrapped in fun and a positive mindset.
We combine movement & breath, and provide an enjoyable and safe space for kids and teens to get active, stay fit and have fun.
Our small groups ensure that your child receives the attention they require, and eliminates any intimidation of a large group environment.
Box Fit + Fun Fit
Build a sweat with Boxing on freestanding bags and core building exercises,
Combined with Functional fitness including full body movements and body-weight strengthening exercises.
Slow down and learn the foundations of Vinyasa Yoga, to move and breathe through different asanas (postures) with stability and ease. A class designed to develop strength, flexibility and range of motion.
what to bring
Boxing gloves and hand wraps are REQUIRED for BoxFit classes and can be purchased at the studio. Learn how to wrap your hands before Boxing.
Yoga mat is REQUIRED for Yoga classes.
Please bring water and a large sweat towel to each class.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior the class start time.

WEDNESDAY @4:45pm – Vinyasa Yoga (60 Mins) AVAILABLE
Monday $180 – 8 Week Program
Tuesday $225 – 10 Week Program
Wednesday $225 – 10 Week Program
