9:30am KICKBOX HIIT 30 Minute Sample Class
Our KickBox HIIT is a full body burn and sweat class. This high intensity fusion class combines functional training, with Kickboxing fitness. 4 rounds of Functional HIIT Intervals working multiple body parts (TRX, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls etc.), and then 4 rounds punching/kicking/kneeing/elbowing it out on the boxing bags, building up endurance and cardio. This one will work your entire body!

10:30am BOX HIIT 30 Minute Sample Class
Our Box HIIT is sure to provide a sweat. This high intensity fusion class combines Functional Training with Boxing fitness. 4 rounds of Functional HIIT Intervals working multiple body parts (TRX, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls etc.) and then 4 rounds punching it out on the boxing bags. This class will get you burning and sweating up a storm!

11:30 HIIT The Bar 30 Minute Sample Class
Get ready to feel the burn, with our High Intensity Interval Training class utilising the versatile and effective aerobic weighted bar. Focusing on full body resistance training, to build strength and cardio fitness whilst challenging balance and coordination. Just enough burn to keep you wanting more!

12:30 Dance FIT 45 Minute Sample Class
Let’s get the energy up with our very first Dance FIT class…
This aerobic workout is divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
The moves are simple yet fun, so any level can get the most out of this workout.
Great upbeat music, and full body movements will bring on the sweat!
