TRX TRAINING

TRX TRAINING is one our favourite personal training methods. It targets your overall muscle strength as you work against your body weight. We utilise the TRX Suspension Trainer to challenge your strength, stability, flexibility and balance, in your lower body, upper body and core, whilst getting your heart rate up. Suitable and modifiable for all levels. Work muscles you didn’t even know existed!

HIIT /FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Our HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING combines full body FUNCTIONAL TRAINING and aerobic training. We work on a variety of movements durings intervals of 45 seconds, to build strength and cardio, whilst prioritising balance and movement throughout the body. In addition to bodyweight, we utilise a variety of equipment that may include; dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, and resistance bands, to get the ultimate burn for your lower body, upper body and core. Modifiable if you require regressions or are keen for more of a challenge!

BOXING

Get sweating with a few rounds of boxing. You’ll be Boxing on focus pads, 2-4 rounds (3 minutes long), with intervals of core work in between. This is fun a great way to add some extra cardio and challenge your upper body, core, coordination and endurance. Throw some stress releasing punches, and free your mind! Suitable for all levels.

MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY & BREATHING

Your sessions will always include a warm up and cool down, that includes mobility, muscle activation and a good old stretch! All personal training methods used incorporate a focus on breathing, and connecting mind and body.
This holistic approach means that you are working with your body and not against it. Bringing balance and awareness to how we move, in training and throughout our daily life.
