Our small group fitness classes
are designed for women (and men)
of all fitness levels!

Including Boxing, Kickboxing, TRX, HIIT, Yoga + Pilates

Our instructors can modify exercises when/if required.
All classes are small groups of 6-8 people.

(No boxing experience required for Boxing and Kickboxing classes)


BOX FIT 45 MIN
Boxing cardio fitness on free-standing bags, focusing on upper body movements including punches + core strength work.

KICKBOX FIT 45 MIN
Kickboxing cardio fitness on free-standing bags, focusing on full body movements including punches, knees and kicks + core strength work.

BOX ā€˜Nā€™ BOOTY 45 MIN
Boxing cardio fitness on free-standing bags, focusing on upper body movements including punches + lower body strength movements utilising mini resistance bands.

KICKBOX-TRX 45 MIN
Kickboxing cardio fitness on free-standing bags, focusing on full body movements including punches, knees and kicks + strength movements and core stability utilising the TRX Suspension Trainer straps.

BOX-TRX 45 MIN
Boxing cardio fitness on free-standing bags, focusing on upper body movements including punches + strength movements and core stability utilising the TRX Suspension Trainer straps.


HIIT TRX 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements, plyometrics, core stability, flexibility and balance, utilising the TRX Suspension Trainer straps.

HIIT TABATA 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.
(Tabata is based on maximum effort during short intervals)

HIIT AMRAP 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.
(AMRAP = As many rounds/reps as possible)

HIIT ABT (Abs/Bums/Thighs) 45 MIN
Medium to High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on core and lower body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.

HIIT CIRCUIT 45 MIN
High Intensity Interval Training Circuit, focusing on full body functional training, strength movements and plyometrics, utilising body-weight, light weights and TRX.(HIIT Circuit intervals will vary with each class)


MAT PILATES 45 MIN
This low intensity class, does not miss the BURN factor and is amazing for your core! Stretch and strengthen your whole body, and improve flexibility and muscle tone with Pilates. Utilising balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, while focusing on the muscles of the core, lower back, hips and buttocks.

VINYASA YOGA 60 MIN
A beautiful opportunity to slow down and learn the foundations of Vinyasa, to move and breathe through different asanas (postures) with stability and ease. A class designed to develop strength, flexibility and range of motion for all students.

YIN YOGA 60 MIN
A beautiful opportunity to slow down, and BREATHE into slow paced asanas (postures), holding poses for longer periods of time. A class designed to increase flexibility, circulation, and to calm the body and mind.
