OUR CLASSES

Our small group fitness classes
are designed for women (and men)
of all fitness levels!

Including Boxing, Kickboxing, TRX, HIIT, Yoga + Pilates

All classes are small groups of 6-9 people max.
Our instructors can modify exercises when/if required.
No boxing experience is required for Boxing and Kickboxing classes.


BOX FIT 45 MIN
Get sweating with Box Fit. Our Boxing focused class, consisting of 8 rounds (3 minutes long) throwing stress releasing punches on your own free-standing boxing bag, with intervals of core strength in between. This class will challenge your upper body, core, coordination and endurance. A fun class that’s great for your mind!


BOX TRX 45 MIN
Our Box TRX provides the best of both worlds. An efficient fusion class that includes functional training on the TRX Suspension Trainer, combined with Boxing on the freestanding boxing bags. 4 rounds of TRX Intervals working multiple body parts, and then 4 rounds punching it out on the bags, will ensure you get a balance of strength training, core stability and cardio fitness, all in the one class!


BOX HIIT 45 MIN *NEW*
Our Box HIIT is sure to provide a sweat. This high intensity fusion class combines Functional Training with Boxing fitness. 4 rounds of Functional HIIT Intervals working multiple body parts (TRX, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls etc.) and then 4 rounds punching it out on the boxing bags. This class will get you burning and sweating up a storm!


KICKBOX HIIT 45 MIN *NEW*
Our KickBox HIIT is a full body burn and sweat class. This high intensity fusion class combines functional training, with Kickboxing fitness. 4 rounds of Functional HIIT Intervals working multiple body parts (TRX, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls etc.), and then 4 rounds punching/kicking/kneeing/elbowing it out on the boxing bags, building up endurance and cardio. This one will work your entire body!



TRX STRONG 45 MIN
Our TRX Strong class targets your overall muscle strength as you work against your body weight. Consisting of functional training intervals of 45 seconds (4 sets per body part). This class utilises the TRX Suspension Trainer straps from start to finish. The TRX will challenge your strength, stability, flexibility and balance, in your lower body, upper body and core, whilst getting your heart rate up. Work muscles you didn’t even know existed!


HIIT FUNCTIONAL 45 MIN *NEW* (Tabata / AMRAP)
This High Intensity Interval Training class focuses on full body functional and aerobic training. We work on a variety of movements to build strength and cardio, whilst prioritising balance and movement throughout the body. Utilising body-weight, light weights, TRX, slam balls, battle ropes and resistance bands, to get the ultimate burn for your lower body, upper body and core.Will you choose Tabata for the burn or AMRAP for the challenge?!


HIIT The Bar 45 MIN *NEW*
Get ready to feel the burn, with our High Intensity Interval Training class utilising the versatile and effective aerobic weighted bar. Focusing on full body resistance training, to build strength and cardio fitness whilst challenging balance and coordination. Just enough burn to keep you wanting more!



MAT PILATES 45 MIN
Mat Pilates is a low intensity class, that does not miss the BURN factor and is amazing for your core. Stretch and strengthen your whole body, and improve flexibility and muscle tone with Pilates. Utilising balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, while focusing on the muscles of the core, lower back, hips and buttocks. Build your foundation from the inside!


VINYASA YOGA 60 MIN
Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and learn the foundations of Vinyasa, to move and breathe through different asanas (postures) with stability and ease. A class designed to develop strength, flexibility and range of motion, regardless of level. Walk out like you are floating on clouds!
