WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING CAN I DO?
Our Personal Training sessions offer a variety of exercises to build functional strength and cardio.
Sessions may include: Bodyweight exercises for mobility and stability, TRX Suspension Training, Functional Training utilising slam balls and battle ropes, and boxing pad work for cardio fitness.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR MY FITNESS LEVEL?
Our Personal Training is suitable for any level of fitness, and takes a holistic approach in regressions and progressions of exercises to suit your current level of fitness.
