All personal training sessions are held in our boutique fitness studio.
With our holistic approach, your wellness journey will empower you in reaching your lifestyle goals in an enjoyable and guided space. We want to help you achieve realistic and long term goals, and making fitness an enjoyable addition to your lifestyle.
Our one-on-one private personal training sessions are 45 – 60 minutes and will range in intensity based on your level of fitness and your goals. We can tailor your session to include our BURN, SWEAT and BREATHE approach, so you can work on getting stronger, feeling more fit and ensuring you don’t forget to slow down and breathe.
what to bring
Please bring water and large sweat towel to each session.
Boxing gloves and hand wraps will be REQUIRED for all Boxing and Kickboxing.
Gloves and wraps can be purchased at the studio.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.
All sessions require bookings.
Please book at least 24 hours prior to secure your spot.
Please ensure you choose times and dates that you are able to commit to.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the session start time.
Please provide at least 24 hours for cancellations.
