How to get started with Mobile Personal Training?

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING CAN I DO?
Our Personal Training Methods offer a variety of exercises to build functional strength and cardio. Sessions may include: Bodyweight and banded exercises for mobility and stability, TRX Suspension Training (suitable for all levels with lots of variety), Functional Training utilising slam balls, dumbbells and battle ropes, and boxing pad work for cardio fitness and amazing for stress relief!
IS IT SUITABLE FOR MY FITNESS LEVEL?
Our Personal Training is suitable for any level of fitness, and takes a holistic approach in regressions and progressions of exercises to suit your current level of fitness.
If there are any injuries you are working around, just let us know so we can tailor exercises to suit your needs.
WHAT LOCATION CAN I TRAIN AT?
Our Personal Training service is mobile so we can come to your home, or we can meet you at your local park. In-home training is suitable if you have a backyard or even an under cover area. In-home training is super convenient if you have kids and cannot get out of the house for a fitness session. If you love the outdoors and want to train in nature, local park training is great! (We will try to arrange a suitable park that has a wet weather option.)
CAN I TRAIN WITH A PARTNER, FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
You can certainly add additional people to your training session. A maximum of 4 people is recommended to get the most out of your customised session.
An additional fee of $15 per person/per session will be applied to your session price. (Please note number of people in your enquiry.)
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE I START?
You will not require any fitness equipment, unless you are wanting to include boxing in your Personal Training sessions, where you will require your own boxing gloves. You can purchase your own, or check out our quality boxing gloves in our online SHOP. Aside from that, a yoga/fitness mat, towel and water is all you need to get moving (and sweating!)
