TRX STRONG 45 MIN
Our TRX classes target your overall muscle strength as you work against your body weight. Consisting of functional training intervals of 45 seconds (4 sets per body part). This class utilises the TRX Suspension Trainer straps from start to finish. The TRX will challenge your strength, stability, flexibility and balance, in your lower body, upper body and core, whilst getting your heart rate up. Suitable and modifiable for all levels. Work muscles you didn’t even know existed!

HIIT FUNCTIONAL 45 MIN
A High Intensity Interval Training class focusing on full body functional strength and aerobic training. We work on a variety of movements to build strength and cardio, whilst prioritising balance and movement throughout the body. In addition to bodyweight, we utilise a variety of equipment that may include bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, plyo box and resistance bands, to get the ultimate burn for your lower body, upper body and core. Modifiable if you require regressions or are keen for more of a challenge!

BOX FIT 45 MIN
Get sweating with BOX FIT. Our Boxing focused class, consisting of 8 rounds (3 minutes long) throwing stress releasing punches on your own free-standing boxing bag, with intervals of core strength in between. This class will challenge your upper body, core, coordination and endurance. A fun class that’s great for your mind!

BOX TRX 45 MIN
BOX TRX is an efficient fusion class that provides the best of both worlds. Includes functional training on the TRX Suspension Trainer, combined with Boxing on the freestanding boxing bags. 4 rounds of TRX Intervals working multiple body parts, and then 4 rounds punching it out on the bags, will ensure you get a balance of strength training, core stability and cardio fitness, all in the one class!

KICKBOX TRX 45 MIN
Our KICKBOX TRX class is a full body sweat class. This high intensity fusion class combines functional training on the TRX Suspension Trainer, combined with Kickboxing fitness on the freestanding boxing bags. 4 rounds of TRX Intervals working multiple body parts, and then 4 rounds punching/kicking/kneeing/elbowing it out on the boxing bags, building up endurance and cardio. This one will work your entire body, and get you sweaty!

VINYASA YOGA 60 MIN
Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and learn the foundations of Vinyasa, to move and breathe through different asanas (postures) with stability and ease. A class designed to develop strength, flexibility and range of motion, regardless of level. Walk out like you are floating on clouds!

YIN YOGA 60 MIN (Coming Soon)
A beautiful opportunity to slow down, and BREATHE into slow paced asanas (postures), holding poses for longer periods of time. A class designed to increase flexibility, circulation, and to calm the body and mind.

MAT PILATES 45 MIN (Coming Soon)
Mat Pilates is a low intensity class, that does not miss the BURN factor and is amazing for your core. Stretch and strengthen your whole body, and improve flexibility and muscle tone with Pilates. Utilising balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body, while focusing on the muscles of the core, lower back, hips and buttocks. Build your foundation from the inside!

BOX FLOW 45 MIN
BOX FLOW is an efficient fusion class that gets your heart rate up, and then brings you back to refocus on your breathing and movement. This class consists of short Boxing rounds on the freestanding boxing bags, combined with intervals of stability and mobility work to change the pace.

HIIT FLOW 45 MIN
This fusion class focuses on intervals of challenging functional strength, combined with intervals of mindful stability and mobility work. Working on balance and movement utilising bodyweight, with the optional challenge of adding bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
