Liability Waiver:

Wild Wellness Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend classes and/or appointments.
Wild Wellness Studio classes and/or private personal training appointments may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss/damage or death.
Wild Wellness Studio does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become a victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Wild Wellness Studio staff member.
You must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class and/or Private Personal Training Appointment time to allow a smooth transition to begin the class/appointment and appropriate scheduling of a pre-exercise warm up to avoid injury.
You must arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled Massage Therapy Appointment time to allow time to provide any further information required.
You must be at least 17 years of age to attend our normal classes and/or appointments. Children under the age of 17 are only permitted in our studio for Teens programs, with consent by a parent/guardian. Children are not to be left in the studio while you attend normal classes and/or appointments – unless permitted by management. You may be turned away from the studio should you arrive with a child as it is not a safe environment and can cause disruptions to other clients.
By booking a class or appointment of any kind, you agree to this waiver.

Cancellation Policy:

Group Classes (excl. Teens Program)
A 12 hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.
If you have an Intro Class Pass, 10/20 Class Pass or Challenge Pass, and do not provide the required 12 hours notice, or do not show up for your class, the cancellation/no show will incur a forfeited session.
If you are on an unlimited membership plan, and do not provide the required 12 hours notice, you will incur a $15 late cancellation fee on your next direct debit, this includes no-shows.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time to allow a smooth transition to begin your class and appropriate scheduling of a pre-exercise warm up to avoid injury.
If you arrive late to your class, any time lost will be forfeited.

Teens Fitness Program
Studio must be notified for any class cancellation as soon as possible and will incur a forfeited session.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time to allow a smooth transition to begin your class and appropriate scheduling of a pre-exercise warm up to avoid injury.
If you arrive late to your class, any time lost will be forfeited.

Personal Training
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all Private Personal Training appointments.
If you do not provide the required 24 hours notice, the appointment will incur a forfeited session.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will incur a forfeited session and a $15 no-show fee.
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled Private Personal Training Appointment to allow a smooth transition to begin your appointment and appropriate scheduling of a pre-exercise warm up to avoid injury.
If you arrive late to your appointment, any time lost will be forfeited.

Massage Therapy Appointments
A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all Massage Therapy appointments.
If you do not provide the required 24 hours notice, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If you arrive late to your appointment, any time lost will be forfeited.

Trainers, Instructors and Therapists
Classes and appointments are subject to change without notice.
Wild Wellness Studio reserves the right to cancel classes and appointments if necessary.

Group Class Passes / Private Personal Training Packs / Infrared Sauna Passes
Intro Passes, 10/20 Class Passes, Challenge Passes, Infrared Sauna Passes and Teens Fitness Programs, are non-refundable, not transferable and cannot be cancelled or extended for any reason. Private Personal Training Packs are non-refundable, not transferable and cannot be cancelled for any reason. Personal Training Packs may be put on hold for a ONE TIME ONLY 14 day period, and your Session pack end date will be extended forward 14 days from its end date.

Group Class Membership Plans
All Membership Plans will be direct-debited from your provided account/card weekly as per your Membership Plan conditions, and are non-refundable, not transferable and cannot be cancelled.
$5 fee applies to any bounced payments, this will be added to your next direct debit.
If you require your plan to be put on hold due to injury, illness or travel reasons, please inform the studio in writing at least 14 days prior. Membership Plans may be put on hold ONE TIME ONLY for up to 30 days, and your Membership Plan end/renewal date will be extended forward 30 days from its original end/renewal date.
All Membership Plans are set to automatically renew for the same length of time, which you will be notified about via email 14 days prior. If you decide to continue, no action is required. If you decide to end or change your Membership Plan, please inform the studio in writing at least 7 days prior to your Membership Plan end/renewal date.
By booking a class or appointment of any kind, you agree to our cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions:

Bookings, Attendance and Payment

Bookings must be made via MindBody for all Classes, Programs and Private Personal Training Appointments. To book into a class or appointment, you must purchase a Class Pass, Personal Training Pack or a Membership Plan. Purchases and bookings can be made online via MindBody, or in the studio and are required to access all group classes and appointments.
You are required to attend your booking/appointment or provide the required time for cancellation/rescheduling, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Class Passes
INTRO passes are to be used a maximum of ONE time, by new clients only.
Challenge Passes are to be used a maximum of ONE time.
14 Day Studio Experience Intro Pass is valid for 14 days – max. 6 classes
10 Class Passes are valid for 3 months only.
20 Class Passes are valid for 6 months only.
The studio takes no responsibility for any classes that may be filled, as there is sufficient time to book ahead.

Group Class Membership Plans
All new Membership Plans enable access to a maximum of ONE class per day, and a maximum of ONE class booking per day, including waitlist – (this means you cannot waitlist for another class if you are already booked into a class on the same day). We reserve the right to remove your booking if you have booked or waitlisted for more than ONE class per day.
Membership plans/contracts are set to automatically renew for the same length of time, which you will be notified about via email 14 days prior. If you decide to continue, no action is required. If you decide to end your Membership Plan, please inform the studio in writing at least 7 days prior to your Membership Plan end/renewal date.
Membership plans cannot be cancelled prior to its end/renewal date.
If you require your plan to be put on hold due to injury, illness or travel reasons, please inform the studio in writing 14 days prior. Membership Plans may be put on hold ONE TIME ONLY for up to 30 days, and your Membership Plan end/renewal date will be extended forward 30 days from its original end/renewal date.
3 Month, 6 Month and 12 Month Plans provide full access to all of our small group classes from July 1st 2020. The studio takes no responsibility for any classes that may be filled or waitlisted, as there is a 14-day open booking set up for all classes to allow sufficient time to book ahead.

Teens Fitness Program
The Kids + Teens Fitness Program will run for 8-10 weeks as specified on our website. The dates and times are set and must be pre-booked before program commences. The studio takes no responsibility for any classes that are missed.

Private Personal Training Packs
Private Personal Training Packs must be used within the set time frame as per your Session pack terms. If you require your session pack to be put on hold due to injury, illness or travel reasons, please inform the studio in writing 30 days prior. Private Personal Training Packs may be put on hold for a ONE TIME ONLY 14 day period, and your Session pack end date will be extended forward 14 days from its end date.
The studio takes no responsibility for any unclaimed session unused within the set time frame

Massage Therapy Appointments
Bookings must be made via MindBody or by contacting the studio.
Payment will be taken during the time of booking to secure your spot.
We are authorised to charge your card any cancellation fees if they arise – as per our cancellation policy.

By booking a class or appointment of any kind, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Return/Refund Policy
All payments made for group class passes/membership plans, programs, private personal training sessions/packs, massage therapy bookings and gift cards are non-refundable and not transferable.
Purchased Full Price Gift Cards expire after 36 months from purchase. Discounted, prize or donated gift cards expire after 1 month from receipt. All bookings must adhere to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Non-perishable items purchased are non-refundable but can be returned with 7 days for an account credit. Item must be un-used and in its original packaging.
Perishable / Food and beverage items are non-refundable.

By making a purchase or booking of any kind, you agree to our Refund Policy.

The information that we collect from you when you interact with us online depends on the tasks you complete on this website.

We need to obtain personal information to be able to contact you to provide you with service information for example, your e-mail address, name and telephone number. You will have the right to choose whether or not to provide additional personal information. When you visit and browse through our website we may collect personal information for statistical and maintenance purposes that enables us to evaluate the performance of this website. Such general information includes:
– the number of users visiting this website and the number of pages viewed;
– the date, time and duration of visits; and
– the path taken through this website
This information will not identify you and we will not combine it with any information in a manner whereby we can identify you.

– directly from you such as when you enter your personal details on our website or the MindBodyOnline app
– when you communicate with us by e-mail, telephone or in writing from sources of information which are available to the public
– from our own records relating to the services provided by us to you
– when you participate in any promotional offers
– when you complete a survey or questionnaire

The primary purpose for which we collect information about you is to provide you with the services and information relating to Wild Wellness Studio and its services and products that you require. Other than in relation to Non-Confidential Information, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information that we hold from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access, including by means of firewalls, pass word access, secure servers and encryption of credit card transactions. However, you acknowledge that the security of online transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet or by post at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not within our control.
As noted above most of your personal information is actually held by MindBodyOnline on our behalf. Whilst we have access to that information we do not own it and do not control it.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party (including third parties that we are permitted to disclose your personal information to in accordance with this policy or any applicable laws). The collection and use of your information by such third party/ies may be subject to separate privacy and security policies.
If you suspect any misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information, or any other privacy breach please let us know immediately.

By providing any of the required information, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Photography and Video may be taken during Group Fitness Classes, for the use of social media, website and promotional use of Wild Wellness Studio. If for any reason you would not like to be included in photos/video, please contact the studio manager in writing.
